Finally a decent weather here in Finland.

Went out to test my 11-16 tokina , pleased with the quality it produces.

Tho my monitor is atm broken and using old shitty one so i got no clue if the colors look like they're meant to.

Ahhhh, gotcha. That's freaking amazing then. It's always the story behind the art that makes it so much more interesting.

For example, I personally am not a fan of abstract on most occasions, but explain it in context and it takes on much more meaning. Some say that the point of abstract is making your own meaning, but I would much rather see what the artist sees. Takes on much more character. Don't even get me started on non-representational art... also labeled by myself as "Art for English Majors."

One thing that buggs me here in deviantart is people who don't put anything in description. Just plain *...* makes me wanna rage.

I totally get your point

Little story in description is always welcome, gives more depth in the picture.

One thing that annoys the living fu*k out of me are those anime kawaii shizzles who draw like harry potter characters or such naked.
I really am near rage explosion when i see front page filled with that kind of """art""". Wonder if i'm alone in this

LOL, I totally get the meaning of that. It's like, "WHY ARE YOU RUINING SOMETHING NOT MEANT TO BE RUINED?" There's always some goofball out there hiding behind the excuse of "I'm just trying to give people a different point of view" when there is no other view to be had. Basically: When background is known to all people and has been freely given (ex. Read Harry Potter and you find out the history of Harry Potter. Simple.), then there is no need to view it another way. There is not another alternative except one that is wrong. Thus, they are crazy. Or at least, I would choose to think so.
