New layer, blank black layer, filter -> Render -> Lens flare, choose 105mm prime. Place it in the middle of the layer. Then turn the lens flare brighter and take colors off. Then just simply press Ctrl + T. It lets you transform the layer in shape you want, make it really "thin". There you have the basics, then just edit it the way you like
